About the Conference Proceedings Series

The International Conference on Computers in Education (ICCE) is an annual conference series organized by the Asia-Pacific Society for Computers in Education (APSCE) that encompasses a broad range of issues related to using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) for education.

Primary Aim

The ICCE conference series aims to bring together researchers from all over the world to share and exchange research and to develop and deploy new ideas that span the field of Computers in Education. The society's broad objective is to promote research related to all aspects of use of computers in education.

Conference Structure and Format

ICCE operates as a meta-conference comprising seven interrelated theme-based sub-conferences, designed to strengthen research communities while promoting cross-disciplinary dialogue to inspire future innovations. This structure allows for specialized focus areas while maintaining overall coherence in the field of educational technology.

Theme-Based Sub-Conferences

The conference is organized into seven specialized sub-conferences:

  • C1: Artificial Intelligence in Education/Intelligent Tutoring Systems (AIED/ITS) and Adaptive Learning

  • C2: Computer-supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) and Learning Sciences

  • C3: Advanced Learning Technologies (ALT), Learning Analytics and Digital Infrastructure

  • C4: Technology Enhanced Learning for Mobility of Learners and Learning Experiences (TEML)

  • C5: Educational Gamification and Game-based Learning (EGG)

  • C6: Technology Enhanced Language Learning (TELL)

  • C7: Practice-driven Research, Teacher Professional Development and Policy of ICT in Education (PTP)
