Exploring Chinese Rural Primary School Teachers’ Application Competencies of Educational Technologies

This study analyzes the Chinese rural primary school teachers' application competencies for educational technologies in Jilin Province, from perspectives of the application of digital teaching resources and digital teaching tools. According to the research results, this study provides practical suggestions from three perspectives: resource application, tool application and school-based training.
