Discussion Course Model Using Online Educational Resources to Enhance EFL Learners’ Motivation and Critical Thinking

Abstract

This paper concerns the implementation and utilization of online educational resources (OERs) in a course model that aims to enhance Japanese EFL learners’ motivation and critical thinking. The course model incorporates components of OERs, flipped teaching, OER learning support systems, and digital storytelling. Following a four-week project, the course model was found to have influenced students’ motivation and critical thinking.
