Abstract

Expressing and exchanging competency information is a key issue to enable connections among not only different information systems, also across social and cultural systems. In order to facilitate these connections, competency information and proficiency information must be separated, but be linked together and packaged., In this paper, based on analyzing practical information, a competency proficiency ontology is designed and applied to actual competency proficiency information.
