Abstract

This paper describes the implementation and evaluation of Blogics!, a software system for the learning of log ic diagrams aimed at beginners and non -specialists. The system was developed in order to make it viable a Physical Computing module for first year Engineering students with no prior knowledge of Electronics, as part of an effort to diminish student attriti on rates. The system was evaluated with beginners using a desktop PC and a touch sensitive whiteboard.
