Abstract

In this research, by developing the learning support system for medical services, we will establish an approach that supports the medical profession novices to improve the proficiency of view of patient-centered medical services. In this paper, as a first step of the project, we organized a learning model which promotes reflective learning the case-method for medical service education. As an implementation of the learning model, a learning environment that support learners to reflect on their thinking process in their experiences by a learning strategy which consists of three case-writing phases: the description phase, the cognitive conflict phase, the knowledge building phase.
