Abstract

This paper describes the design of a video-based massive open online course (MOOC) with a scalable activity structure for in-service teachers’ continuing professional development (CPD). The course has been developed and delivered in the open learning platform. We design this MOOC to aid teachers to learn anytime and anywhere, and exploit teacher professional training with the infusion of collaborative learning and self-directed learning.
