Abstract

This study aims to develop a learning design representation framework to support the modelling of an in-service education program for fostering the meta-thinking skill of nurses. In this paper, we describe the development of the ontological framework for representing the design intention of the learning goals of the meta-thinking skills and also the relationship of the learning experiences gained from changing leaner’s roles.
