A Study of Strategies to Enhance Student Engagement in Middle School Classrooms with Instructional Feedback in a Smart Paper - Pen Environment
Abstract
In the context of digitalization of education, junior high school classrooms have the problems of insufficient student engagement, simplistic content of traditional teaching feedback, grouping and solidification of sources that need to be solved. This study focuses on the smart pen-and-paper environment and explores the strategy system to enhance student engagement through optimizing teaching feedback. Based on the analysis of middle school classroom feedback problems and the research on students' feedback needs, the study constructs a theoretical model for enhancing students' participation through teaching feedback in the smart pen and paper environment by combining the technological advantages of the Smart Paper-pen System in the scientific evaluation of teaching, diversification of interactions, instantaneous feedback, and visualization of thinking, and following the principles of interactivity, continuity, positivity, and flexibility. The study provides a theoretical framework and practical path for the integration of teaching feedback and student engagement in the smart classroom, verifies the effectiveness of the combination of technological tools and teaching strategies, helps the deep integration of educational technology into the classroom, and provides an operable solution to the dilemma of classroom engagement in junior high school, which is both theoretically innovative and practically instructive.Downloads
