Abstract

Recently, life-long learning and u-learning are significant concepts in the area of technology-enhanced learning those have changed learning. This paper begins with an overview of u-learning and life-long learning. And then, it focuses on the review of China’s national policies of life-long learning. By using Keller’s Attention, Relevance, Confidence, Satisfaction (ARCS) model, it finally analyzes Shanghai Life-long Learning Network as the practice case.
