Abstract

This study compares the translation quality among two general machine translation systems, Google Translate and Youdao Translation, and one specialized machine translation system, Smart Translation System for Standards (STSS). This pilot study explored the effectiveness of STSS and its translation errors, providing suggestions for language learners, educators, and users of machine translation.
